DistonoMedical opinionsThe “should I raise my kid vegan” episode was so upsetting I had to unsubscribe from the podcast. Dispensing medical advice in the form of this wellness podcast is misleading and could be dangerous.

saperloThe BBC can't help itselfI've listened to all the programmes now and won't be listening any more. The smug, leftie-London media bias just can't keep itself away from the usual anti-Americanism and in-vogue politics du jour. He has contempt for America but can't keep away. In the dairy episode he speaks to an actual medical doctor who say that she drinks milk regularly and specifies that it is full fat milk too. That is the last we hear from her. What follows is continuum of confirmation bias; interviews of various academics who have an issue with dairy, but who do not represent the whole picture in any way. There are aspects of this that are interesting but by no means conclusive. If you are scientifically literate this programme will annoy you. If you live in the US it will annoy you even more (interview with academic who uses the work "arugula" only to have the narrator interupt with his smug, adenoidal voice correcting it to "rocket" (the British word for arugula)...as I said give this a miss, it might go away.

LolosweetpeachSuch a fun way to take your greens!Super punchy, fun and easy way to hear about what's going on in nutritional science today. A primer that's enjoyable and great way to sound like you know what you're talking about at the dinner party when someone tells you they just "went Keto" ;)

AddicteddddddddddBest new pod - smart and funnyA great new podcast! It’s already an instant favorite. It’s got the depth and storytelling of This American Life, 99% Invisible, and Radiolab - but with a real sense of humor (like Pod Save America). I learned loads and laughed out loud. Send more over please BBC!

basketrabbitExpect better than this from the BBCThere are already thousands of food, diet, nutrition, and health podcasts and YouTube channels, many of which are far better than this attempt by the BBC to jump onto the podcast bandwagon with meandering, uninformative, and unnecessary ear fluff.
