nattyg1978lovespodcastsI’m a feminist, new author who left a cult. If you need guest speakerExcellent content! I’m the author of the new release graphic novel CULT GIRLS (on Amazon & Barnes) by Natalie Grand. It’s a light hearted comedy, based on a true story of 4 women born, raised in the Jehovah’s Witness cult. If you are looking for an anti-cult activist special guest my Twitter is Natalie Grand.

pink-trashTruly one of the greatsThis show is one of the best things to happen to podcasts (the medium). The format is conversational; warm and welcoming, and every episode I learn so much. I’ve truly undergone many internal paradigm shifts listening to Hannah and her guests discuss their work, thoughts, and feminism. I also recommend her podcast Witch Please, and all her future endeavours!

Bren JaiBrenI love listening to Secret Feminist Agenda and today while I self-isolated and worked from home, your words about love during this time really soothed me! Thank you for doing SFA, I’m looking forward to new episodes that continue to accompany us during this crisis ✨

EasternHemlockTeaIn my survival kitI love this podcast so much. Hannah talks about such difficult and painful things in a way that is somehow immensely comforting and energizing. In her rigor, her playfulness, and her anger she offers a beautiful example of the struggle to live with ones own work. Listening to her makes me feel less alone and more capable, reminding me of the possibilities for joy and creation in confrontation with social harm.

It's so good to hear from people in all different paths speaking to all different subjects... it's a wide wheel revolving on the axle of feminism! Hannah is a treasure to humanity! I lol on headphones whilst on the train and recieve looks from strangers. Thankful

ZenFreaqOne of my favorite podcastsI’ve been listening for years. I never thought this podcast needed improving but it has gotten more organized, and focused recently. Hannah researches very well and it feels like SFA is a college class. It’s modern and discusses issues that make me feel less alone.
-
avimontExcellent Series!Every episode makes me reflect about myself and/or the world we live in. It’s a thoughtful, forceful, and kind podcast that I look forward to every week!

SarahMidwestYaaay Hannah’s Back!I learn so much from this podcast- even just Hannah’s way of phrasing things teaches me about feminism. Episode with Dawn Serra was amazing.

OverdueCarrierPigeonHannah and Friends are now My FriendsHannah’s academic approach to podcasting results in a well-conceived, professionally structured, and passionate trip down the feminist rabbit hole. Hannah and Friends are adding important conversations to the concept of deliberate radical inclusion and I can’t get enough. It’s also super fun!

BelleCapoSmart and funnyI just discovered this podcast and it is amazing. I'm a professor in the US, and love the witty and insightful discussions about feminism, academic feminism, and the academy more generally. This is a great resource. Thanks for taking the time to put this together!
-
Claire PalmerSo importantListening to this podcast has helped me learn and grow a lot. I love getting a chance to hear from academics and other experts in an accessible and fun format. As PhD student this podcast has helped me see a future for myself as a professor in a way that I haven’t encountered elsewhere. But if you aren’t an academic this podcast still has so much to offer you! Definitely listen!

CLouCarsonSmart, funny, & compassionate feminist critiques— what’s not to love?!In keeping with the trend, I’m also a huge fan of Witch, Please, so that’s how I discovered SFA. Hannah is an absolute joy to listen to (I love her voice) and to learn from, as she takes on topics like feminism, academia, race, podcasting, and colonialism in a way that’s fun and easy to understand. My absolutely favorite ep is the one about Jurassic Park (I had no idea how feminist of a movie it was!) bc Hannah’s joy is palpable. Love Karina too, as I’m a huge fan of incorporating self-care into daily life. Theme songs are also great! Honestly, you can’t go wrong with Secret Feminist Agenda if you want to hear smart, kind takes on our culture and all topics relating to feminism.

EPL2019Great, thought-provoking podcastThis podcast makes me look forward to my commute - cannot recommend it highly enough. I am/was a devoted Witch, Please listener, and think everyone should be listening to (Dr.) McGregor discuss academia, class, gender, and race (and everything else). Thank you!!
-
k.mcn43Thank You!!A friend recommended this podcast to me just after the first season began. I cannot thank her enough, or you, Hannah! Your podcast brings me so much joy, and I unabashedly use it as self care to begin my Friday’s. I also want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your acknowledgment of the land you live and work on, as an Indigenous woman it makes me feel so seen to hear that at the end of each episode. ❤️ Saleki Atsa

ajt7755Love it so muchI was a huge Witch, Please fan and I found this podcast after. I was so glad to hear familiar voices, and I love how this podcast talks about issues in general that women have to face. I appreciate that it recognizes the intersections that women face as well. Thanks, Hannah!

Elei1What a great podcast!Hannah is an inspiration and she's also a lot of fun! It's about feminism, but it's really about being a full human being and living well in the world we have while also acting to make it better.

PetraVonKantWowww I'm actually learningI followed Hannah from her previous podcast , Witch Please! As an twenty something African-American woman, certain aspects of feminism have given me pause in the past as they can be, perhaps inadvertently, exclusively white spaces. But! From my previous experience with Hannah, I trusted that she'd touch on this and she didn't disappoint. She's very thoughtful in her ideas and manner of expressing herself. Her guests are always interesting (the interview with the indigenous in Canada sticks out) and Hannah is a well-informed interviewer. Between her and her guests my TBR list continues to grow! Though Hannah can be easily excitable, she always listens when necessary. I've yet to miss an episode and, while she continues, I doubt I ever will.

Lettie, Their Infernal MajestyChanging the worldThis podcast is incredible. I feel less alone in the world because of it. Self care corner is so helpful! Ive expanded my music collecting because of all of your recomendations. You're amazing! Please never stop making this podcast!!

rufeeeeohhhhI absolutely love thisI am so thankful that this show exists. 10/10 everyone should listen.
-
Ames the HawkGood enough to relisten!I love the way the format has evolved--the weaving between interviews and mini-sodes. I learn something EVERY time and, unlike most podcasts I have listened to, I find myself wanting to relisten to many--mostly season 2 and 3, becuase they are so rich. The sign of, dare I say, scholarly work for sure. If you want to get to better understand feminism and intersectionality, this is a fabulous place to start. If you just want to hear smart people talk about how they hope they can make the world better, this fills the bill as well.
-
CupKateKnitsInformative & EmpoweringI learn so much from this podcast! It is a highlight of my week when I get to listen to a new episode and I always walk away a little (or sometimes a LOT) more informed, feeling more empowered from that knowledge, and uplifted just by the fact that Hannah exists and spends time creating this. Thank you!!
-
toastisasnackShhhh it’s a secret!Just kidding share this with everyone!
-
Schneider_AnnCGot to listen to this podcastThis podcast is authentic, well made and is dedicated to improving itself and communication around feminism in every way possible. I listen immediately when a new episode is out, and even if I don’t always agree with everything Hannah says, I am learning a lot from this podcast!
-
Chris PippinExcellent podcast!I always thought I was a forward thinking man, but I am woefully ignorant of what a woman goes through in the world. If great guests and eloquent conversation is your thing, click subscribe and enjoy.
-
Spencer HaleThe podcast you didn't know you needHannah is an amazing educator, thinker, and all-around human being. She brings amazing guests onto the show to discuss the different ways ways they challenge racism, sexism, patriarchy, cis/hetero-normativity, etc in their lives and work. You should probably just listen to the podcast.
-
smellanie.jpegAn Absolute JoyImmediately became one of my favorite podcasts from Ep.1. Hannah is insightful, smart, funny and a wonderful interviewer, I feel like I’m listening in on a conversation of the cool smart kids in class! A truly phenomenal piece of work!

New mama for 8 monthsWe all need to pass this onSo smart, so insightful, so enjoyable. Hannah is an incredible host who curates such an amazing lineup of guests. Every interview is thoughtful and eye-opening about whatever subject matter that particular guest wants to talk about. I've learned so much about topics I had no idea I would ever be interested! This is a model for all podcasts.

librarian_on_the_runOne of my favorite podcastsThe best part of Friday afternoon for me is putting on Secret Feminist Agenda on my way home from work and listening to Hannah’s thoughtfulness, knowledge, and personality as well as the amazing guests she interviews. As someone who had always benefited from the patriarchy, I spent most of my life pretty ambivalent about feminism. This podcast has really helped broaden my understanding of how systems of oppression work in our world, how I am a part of them, and how I can begin to make changes for the better. I highly recommend!
-
JenntheRipperHannah really can do no wrong...Hannah McGregor is the person I strive to be on a daily basis. She’s fearless, outspoken and can explain a difficult to understand subject in the simplest terms. Secret Feminist Agenda is a fantastic, enlightening, and COMPLETELY enjoyable podcast surrounding everything that I hold dear...feminism. I can't wait to hear everything Hannah has planned.
-
sallybrown22Thoughtful and beautifulListening to Hannah McGregor’s voice is one of my forms of self care. Thank you for the work that you are doing.
-
imusicluverLove it!Love the podcast!! Great combination of fun and educational. Hannah is the best friend you wish you had! She’s such a great interviewer and so relatable. Although I may be liberal politically, I’ve learned so much! The podcast has challenged a lot of my ideas and made me think more critically. It’s particularly great for educators. A lot of the talk about higher ed is applicable to teachers. Thanks, Hannah! I’ll keep recommending it. So easy to binge-listen! I love Witch, Please, but I may love this podcast even more... if that’s possible. :)

-
YoAdriennePBest enjoyed with friendsThis podcast is thoughtful and fantastic. It's a weekly deep dive into how to think and act like a feminist, which does not mean this is a podcast just for women. A few coworker friends and I started listening to this after enjoying Hannah McGregor's first podcast, 'Witch, Please' and I can tell you that discussing Secret Feminist Agenda weekly has made our friendship stronger and given us a language to bring up topics we might not have otherwise, such as self care in the workplace. As someone who has been out of college several years and is sinking deeper into retail management, I appreciate how Hannah explains academic theory and makes it practical for everyday activism. Hannah is an academic but has interviewed people from many fields on the podcast. Shoutout to Kaarina and her 'Cozy Self-Care Corner' segment!
-
ConradadLOVE ITThis podcast is all I ever talk about. I love it so much. Check out the website as well!
-
boomstephDeep thanksThis podcast is balm to a broken soul. It is part of my therapy to heal from patriarchy-I listen to one a day to counter balance an entire days worth of garbage. Deep thanks Hannah, Kaarina and guests- You have saved my life many times over. Stephanie

1412rlrPassed it ON!I have shared this with my sister, my partner, my aunties, my coworkers, my classmates. Figuring out how to share it with my mum and my boss (yipes). I feel so sane listening to this.
-
MrosegpFeminist fuel for hard timesMy favorite part of this podcast is that it takes a wide view of feminism and highlights its intersectionality. My second favorite part is that it deals with little practices, big ideas, and everything in between. Basically it’s a podcast about feminism for everyone.
-
BruhLetmeSleepSecretly obsessedI can’t begin to express how important of an impact Hannah and her guests have had on my life. As a busy student majoring in women and gender studies this podcast helps remind me that feminism can be fun and at its core is community based. I love the focus on Self Care while also still calling attention to hard to think about feminist issues. Secret Feminist Agenda challenges me and comforts me all at once. And reminds me that feminists are the best people 💜
