flukytAge is a parameter we put on ourselvesAs a woman in my mid-50s, a life coach, and therapist, it has bothered me for some time that more people are not talking about life in "the middle". There is a lot of information about other life stages but not this one. Thank goodness for Suzy. She covers the challenges AND opportunities that come with being a woman in the middle. What I love about this podcast is that it celebrates the power of women at this age. It's all too common for society to dismiss women once they reach a certain age and women dismiss themselves too! Women need to hear they are not alone and this podcast proves that mid-life women have so much to offer. From career transitions to exploring new passions and interests, the episodes are packed with practical advice and inspiring stories. It's a reminder that age is just a number and that there's so much life left to live. It can even be a whole new beginning!
-

Tumblr followersBlueprint to intentional livingI love hearing other women talk about experiencing the same things I am. Life before 50 is often driven by outside forces like family and career. After 50 it can be overwhelming to shift toward creating what you want intentionally. This podcast provides a blueprint to do that.
