The Podcast I Didn’t Know I Needed (Until I Found Myself Nodding Through Every Episode)
Let’s be clear: this is not just another human design podcast. Yes, Naomi speaks fluent charts and types—but what she’s really doing is pulling back the curtain on what it means to live in alignment without the aesthetic fluff or spiritual jargon. Every episode drops something quietly revolutionary. You’ll hear her decode why certain habits stick (and why others never will), what burnout actually looks like through a design lens, and how to reverse-engineer a life that feels like yours—not someone else’s productivity Pinterest board. She doesn’t just read your chart—she shows you how to use it. To set better boundaries. To notice your own brilliance. To stop shape-shifting. And the way she integrates her own lived experience? It’s not performative. It’s generous. Insightful. Real. I’ve been on her show, and I still go back to past episodes to catch the gems I missed. Because that’s what this show is: a treasure map to yourself.

    Poorly Produced
I’m sure this podcast has potential for amazing content, but I just can’t get over the terrible quality. The echoes, the straining to hear and the poor patch ins of guest speakers make this sound like it’s being recorded with two cans and a string. And unfortunately it’s more work to try and process what’s being said than actually being able to absorb and enjoy the content.

    Lost me with human design
Not interested in human design and I hope Naomi chooses some new topics soon! The show used to be so interesting. (I did have a reading and it didn’t resonate with me… not dissing those who find something useful in it…)

    Educational & Relevant!
Naomi’s podcast is one that I listen to regularly because I’m always learning something helpful! From overall health & wellness to skin care to improving communication with my kids and adults to mindset, Naomi is great at breaking down potentially difficult concepts and explaining them in very practical terms. She’s also not afraid to share her own challenges and struggles, which makes her very relatabIe! I often share her podcasts with others. Take a listen - you won’t be disappointed!

    Great content!
I always learn something new from Naomi... I really like that she is an educated professional with a day job- it makes her very relatable. The one thing that I will comment on is that Naomi’s delivery is a little stiff and unnatural- she is clearly reading from a script from which she rarely deviates. I wish she would go a little more off-the-cuff! Keep up the awesome work!
