    Skeptical at first.
This really should say self-care and student care. I was initially skeptical because everything seemed to circle around to the students. But after listening to the mantra of taking care of yourself first, I realize that taking care of yourself has the residual of taking care of your students. I thank you very much for your direction and your time and effort… and sentence, I know. 1 minute rule says I should correct it… but this is not for a grade 👻 I have downloaded about 100 of your mini podcasts. Thank you very much!

    Love
Tina… I just love listening to your podcast… I taught kindergarten for 35 years and I have been retired for 16 years… But when I listen to you… I just think to myself… “Wow I wish I had this kind of a cheerleader during the days when I was teaching…” Keep up the great work… with arms full of gratitude, Maureen💕💘💕

New music would make all the difference
This is an uplifting show and I wish there was a way to listen to the audio without music. When the little whistley sound starts, I can’t take it. Please improve this good show by removing the music underneath the talking!

    Making the Time Friends
I cannot stress enough how much I’ve enjoyed my time with Tina Boogren the past 8 months. I was introduced to her at a 2 day workshop in Nashville just days before the order was given to stay home. Her material spoke to me during this great time of need AND it gave me material to immediately use to uplift my students (all future educators). As educators we must make the time for ourselves so that we are able to give to our students.

    Amazing
Our district hired Tina for a self care hour before our school year started in the mist of covid. She was so gentle, kind and lovely. Her book and podcast were something I gravitated towards immediately after her session with my school. Thank you Tina! She also has a very soothing and calming voice and demeanor.

    Thank you, Dr. Tina
I learned about these podcasts during back to school PD, and love them. As a busy educator I appreciate the positive ideas and encouragement. I also appreciate that Dr. Tina knows how precious our time is and has made each episode short enough that I can listen as I prepare for work, drive there, or even when I need a break at school.

The Best Way to Start Monday
I look forward to your podcast every Monday. I am especially thankful for your podcast at the beginning of this school year. It’s the calm start to my school week as I commute to school and get ready to teach an empty classroom from my computer. Your voice and invitations help me cope.

    Not Just for Educators
Tina gives simple ways to improve the life of educators and everyone. In five to seven minutes she leaves a challenge - something simple yet powerful - that can, no WILL, make the listener’s, and any associate’s, day to day living improve. Easy things like being grateful, listening, and looking for positives. Love starting my week out with Tina’s challenge.

    Helpful and Simple
I feel like a lot of people see self-care as something big and costly, get a pedicure, go on a date, buy yourself something, etc. while I understand that is self-care, I love Tina’s simple and helpful ways to perform self-care. They usually cost nothing and can be done in a short amount of time. It’s not something you have to really plan out, but more to just be thinking about and looking for certain things. I also love that the podcast is less than 10 min so I am more apt to take the time to listen!
  • Banae2000
    Honored!
Tina says in her first podcast, “I’m honored to be here with all of you”. Trust us Tina, WE are the ones honored to have you on our phones! These past 2 years have been so tough! We need self-care reminders & clarity as teachers more than ever! 💕 Thank you for your work Tina & Brooke!
