    Fantastic first episode!
I really enjoyed the podcast. You shared many great insights into the value of HR, but I particularly liked the analogy of investing in mutual funds to demonstrate the financial impact of HR on a company’s bottom line. Not immediately visible, but rather attributable over time. Looking forward to next week’s episode!

Working at a Fortune 500 company I don’t always interact with HR that much but this definitely was an eye opener to the function and I truly learned so much. Cannot wait to learn more about the HR role and what it continues to offer that I don’t always see! 10/10!!
