kasmo8Friendly and insightful Dharma chatI always enjoy these conversations about how the various aspects of early Buddhism relate to modern life.

quifReally good listeningFor this non-Buddhist neophyte listener, Doug and Jon’s discussions are worth time as good conversations, simply. The subject is obviously vast, and the hosts convey a sense of purpose and may cover a lot of ground in a single brief chat. But it’s never an overwhelming information dump, it’s just exercise in sharing thoughtfully, each time, as far as topic and episode span permit. You have to appreciate that.

SMOOVEB79Great resourceNot only have I adopted some Buddhist practice over the past few years, I’ve also started consuming more books and dharma talks, etc., not only because they support my practice but also because they’re a more edifying way to spend my time than social media, etc. This podcast is a great resource- a practical, thoughtful discussion of mindfulness, etc. from a western, non-monastic perspective. I’m very glad for it.
